Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I use a discount code?

You can apply your discount code during checkout whether you choose PayPal or a credit/debit card.

First, select the item you want to buy and click “Add to Cart.”

In your cart, click “PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD” to continue to checkout. This option works for both PayPal and card payments.

If you are shopping on mobile, tap “Show order summary” and enter your discount code there.

If you are shopping on desktop, enter your discount code in the box on the right side of the checkout page.

After the code has been applied, continue with PayPal or enter your card details to complete payment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Baerionfig accepts several secure payment options, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, most major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Our standard worldwide shipping fee is usually USD $5.99. The final shipping amount may vary depending on your location or any active promotion. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Baerionfig offers worldwide shipping. We work with international fulfillment partners and warehouses in different regions. When available, your order will be shipped from the nearest suitable warehouse to help reduce delivery time.

Q: How long does shipping take?

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number on a universal tracking website such as 17track.net to check your delivery status.

Q: Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent. It is also normal for a package to have no new updates for several days while it is moving between carrier facilities.

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses so they can arrive sooner. Each package will have its own tracking number, and the tracking details will be sent to your email.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Q: Can I change my shipping address, name, or phone number?

Address changes are very time-sensitive. Please contact us immediately at support@Baerionfig.com with the subject line “Urgent: Address Change.”

Please include your order number, such as 071SHOP-112938, the email address used for your order, and the complete correct shipping information.

We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet been processed. Once the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the delivery details. In that case, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Q: Can I change the items in my order, such as size, color, or quantity?

Order item changes are also time-sensitive. Please email us as soon as possible at support@Baerionfig.com with the subject line “Urgent: Order Change.”

Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, and the exact change you would like to make.

We can only make this change if your order has not entered the fulfillment stage. Please note that this window may be very short.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. A small handling fee may apply. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Post-Delivery Issues

Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry your package arrived damaged. Please email us at support@Baerionfig.com so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Please include your order number and order email, clear photos or a video showing the damaged item, and a photo of the shipping label on the package.

Q: What if my item has a quality issue or defect?

We take product quality seriously and apologize if your item did not meet expectations. Please contact us at support@Baerionfig.com so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.

Account & Communication

Q: I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us at support@Baerionfig.com with the email address you believe was used at checkout. We will help locate your order and resend the confirmation if needed.

Q: I have not received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1–2 business days after your order is processed. If it has been longer than that, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@Baerionfig.com and we will help check your shipment status.
