Thank you for shopping with Baerionfig. We understand that receiving your order on time is important, so this Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and track your purchase.
- Order Processing
After your order is placed, our team begins preparing it as quickly as possible. Most orders require around 3 business days for order review, packing, and transfer to our shipping partners.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next available business day.
- Shipping Time and Fee
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 10–20 business days.
Baerionfig offers a simple flat-rate worldwide shipping fee of USD $5.99, unless otherwise stated during checkout or as part of a promotion.
- Possible Shipping Delays
Although we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, high shipping volume, or other factors beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding if your package takes slightly longer than expected.
- Tracking Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

- Partial Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may not always arrive in the same package. To help deliver products faster, we may ship items separately from different warehouses or fulfillment locations.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number for each package.
- Order Changes
Order changes are highly time-sensitive. If you need to correct your shipping address, phone number, recipient details, or modify an item such as size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order.

Because our fulfillment process moves quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation. However, we will do our best to assist whenever possible.
- Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice and hold your package at a local post office or collection point.
We recommend contacting your local delivery provider directly with your tracking number for the fastest assistance. If you still need help after doing so, you may contact our support team.
Please note that Baerionfig is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address, missed delivery, or failure to collect the package in time.
- When Shipping Takes Longer Than Expected
If your package appears delayed, please first review the most recent tracking update.
If the tracking information has been updated within the last 7 days, your package is likely still moving through the shipping network.
If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@Baerionfig.com with your order number and order email so we can help investigate the shipment status.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package appears to be missing. If you believe your order may be lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to review the situation.
If the carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit, Baerionfig will arrange a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows the order was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building management, or the local carrier first.
- Shipping Destinations and Fulfillment Locations
Baerionfig ships worldwide. In the rare case that we are unable to ship to your country or region, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We work with fulfillment facilities and trusted manufacturing partners in regions such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. Depending on product availability and delivery efficiency, your order may ship from one of these facilities or directly from a partner location.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Baerionfig is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country or local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Baerionfig is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivered Packages
Once the tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided, Baerionfig’s responsibility for the shipment is considered complete. We are not liable for packages that are missing, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
